Seabreeze Management has a history of failing to communicate and provide a safe living environment for homeowners.  In recent years, there have been hundreds of complaints due to the negligence of Seabreeze and their Property Manager Spencer Gilbert.  Due to Seabreeze failing to make necessary repairs in communities throughout California, a group of homeowners have banned together and created a platform to provide better communication between Homeowners, Board Members, and Seabreeze.

Communication and follow through are essential to providing a safe living environment.  Seabreeze Management has received violation notices from Code Enforcement.
